2-YEAR RESIDENCY
Looking for a ministry opportunity post college?
Our two-year residency is for college graduates who are considering full-time youth ministry! The residency provides exposure to both middle school and high school ministry for those seeking to find where God might be calling them.
Residents are exposed to the many facets of youth ministry including building relationships with students, going to events at schools around Memphis, leading small groups, helping plan and lead weekly outreach events, teaching, going on trips with students, investing in families, and participating fully in the life of a local church!

As believers, we are called to make disciples, and that includes middle school and high school students! Youth ministry provides an avenue for students to be influenced by individuals beyond their immediate families. While parents are called to be the primary disciple-makers of their children, teenagers crave guidance and support from older people outside of their families.
We have the unique opportunity to connect with 6th-12th grade students, building relationships based on trust, authenticity, and faith in Jesus. In essence, youth ministry acts as a beacon of support, offering young people the guidance and encouragement they need to grow in their relationships with Jesus, each other, and His church.
